[ Terms of service ]

The deal, in plain words

These terms are an agreement between you and Unlinked ("we", "us"), which operates useunlinked.com. By using Unlinked you agree to them. Last updated October 12, 2026.

1. What Unlinked does

Unlinked checks what public information connects your crypto wallets to each other and to you, and suggests how to reduce it. It reads public blockchains and public sources. It never holds, moves or asks for access to your funds, and never asks for your seed phrase.

2. Who can use it

3. Only your own wallets

You may only scan wallets you own or control, and you prove it by signing a message with each one. Don't try to scan, profile or identify anyone else, or get around the ownership check. We may refuse or end service to anyone who does.

4. Price and payment

5. What the report is, and isn't

Findings come from public data and from patterns that suggest, but don't prove, a link (for example a time zone or a possible exchange). Sources can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and we can't see everything an exchange, an analytics firm or a determined attacker can. A clean report doesn't mean you're untraceable. Unlinked is information, not legal, financial, tax or security advice, and acting on a report is your decision.

6. Other services

Scans rely on third-party sources, and you connect through your own wallet app. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for them, their availability or their content. See our privacy policy for which ones a scan uses.

7. Use it fairly

Don't overload, attack, probe or reverse-engineer the service, scrape it or access it by automated means, resell it, or use it for anything unlawful. The site, its design, its code and the Unlinked name are ours. Your wallets and your data are yours. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

8. No warranty

Unlinked is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a report will be complete.

9. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, funds or data, arising from your use of Unlinked or from how you act on a report. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

10. Your responsibility

If you break these terms, for example by scanning wallets that aren't yours, you agree to cover the losses and reasonable costs that causes us.

11. Ending service

You can stop using Unlinked at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms, and we may change or discontinue the service. Sections 5 and 8 to 12 continue to apply after that.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator of Unlinked is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please write to us first at hello@useunlinked.com; we'll try to resolve it within 30 days before either of us goes further. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

13. Changes and the rest

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Unlinked after a change means you accept it. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and our privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about Unlinked.
